Furniture Our furniture is crafted using
methods used during the 18th Century. All casework and
drawers are
fully dovetailed for strength. Plus, the framework and doors are
built with mortise and tendon joints and pegged. As form follows
function, we celebrate rather than hide the joinery. Pottery You'll find an outstanding
selection of salt glaze, redware, yellow ware, faience, and
ironstone pottery, from crocks to chargers. We also feature
Nicholas Mosse, Irish sponge ware and England's Bridgewater
pottery, both of which compliment traditional and contemporary
environments. Folk Art
Our American Folk Art collection celebrates the spirit and
ingenuity of the common man since the artist received no formal
training.Carvings, fireboards, portraiture, frakturs, paper
cutwork, samplers, theorems, trade signs, marine and landscape
paintings, and silhouettes capture the story of Early American
life. Lighting and Textiles Those final touches can make such a difference! Our floor
