Hello. My name is Laura Harper and I am the owner of GMJ. I love my job.  I have met so many wonderful people, both artisans and customers. 
 
Of course I have to mention our shop dog, Quinn.  His job is to make you feel welcomed into the store. He does it so well that many people come in just to see him.  His breed is Havanese and he has such a happy temperament that everyone loves him.
 
We would like to introduce you to Carol Monaghan and her wonderful basset, Penny.  Penny is 11 or 12 years old and came to Massachussets from Puerto Rico via the Broward County Humane society in Florida.  Penny is a great addition to the store and loves all the attention she gets.
Carol has been a customer for a long time.  She joined the staff last summer and has been a Godsend.  She is very well versed in the time period of our furniture and gifts.  Be sure and introduce yourself when you come in.
